FREEMAN BLOG: GETTING READY FOR 2006
March 16, 2006

Periodically during the 2006 racing season, John will be keeping his fans posted on what he's been up to both on the track and off.

I have started SIM racing and I love it. The realistic graphics and car response make it almost addicting. This program is not only fun, but is a great learning device. With the click of a button I can run any track, anywhere in the country.  I can experience everything from variables of weather to preciseness of track setup adjustments. This program has already helped me prepare for my upcoming season.
I have also been attending a monthly karting league called, “The Golden Benny,” held at Victory Lane Karting in Charlotte (NC).  It is a Christian league run by Marty Snider and Ryan Werner.  The night includes a series of competitive races along with a devotion (prayer dedication).  I was fortunate enough to win a feature event a few weeks ago. Check us out at http://gbkl.blogspot.com/.

I also have been working on my Late Models, getting them in proper condition for racing. We are still ironing out our Busch East Series plans for 2006. Official plans will be released very soon.

God Bless,
John Freeman
